thanks so much

Good morning again!! I hope your Saturday is shaping up to be lovely!!

I've got a pretty little number to share today. I came across a pack of Maggie Holmes flowers and bits...oh my word!! I L.O.V.E. them!! I thought they would be a pretty something to add to a thank you card...I have SO many thank you cards to get sent out. Moving requires a lot of crazy and I have had so many people helping me...so the thank you card pile is getting taller!

Here is the new Retro Sketch for this week...

Here is my card...
I used some Mama Elephant dies, PPP banner die, and Essentials by Ellen stamps...and Maggie Holmes flowers!! I know just who is getting this in the mail!!!

Hope you get a chance to join us!! Have a great weekend and take care!! Thanks for stopping by!!

Happy Birthday!

Good morning!! Today is our first day of Spring Break and we are pumped to have a few days off of the normal busy rush! I think we are the last people in the country to be having Spring Break, am I right!?
Today, I've got a card to play along with the Freshly Made Sketch for the week! I'm just getting in as the challenge finishes, but happy to get to play along!

I used some frame dies from Mama Elephant and I LOVE the clean and detailed edges they bring to a simple design! A little strip of vellum is perfect when you want a nice soft something--I didn't want to cover up all that pretty paper!! I used a Happy die from PTI and birthday sentiment also from PTI. I added a few pearls, and there you have it!

I hope you have a great one! Thanks for stopping by! See you tomorrow with a new fun Frantic Stamper card!!

Super Duper!

Happy Valentine's Day friends!!!

So,  I've got another valentine for another daughter! She LOVES blue and yellow--not quite traditional valentine colors! But, with these cute Tiny Heros from Mama Elephant, she will love it!!

So Today is Saturday and that means and new Retro Sketch! The sketch for the week is based of this card of Tracey's. And here is the sketch.
I turned my sketch on it's side and here is my card!!

I made a little shaker with sequins and beads and stars and she will love it!! The heart border is from Mama Elephant as are the Tiny Heros. My yellow paper is from Avery Elle...and I oh, if you don't have their paper yet, hurry!! It is such good paper!!

I can't wait to see all your great takes on the sketch this week!! I am also linking up to Virgina's View Challenge this month--shaker cards!!

Ok, have a great one!! Take care and Thanks for being my great friends....sure do love ya!

I think you're Super Duper!!

Happy Friday!! I hope you are doing well!! I wanted to pop in and share a few things that I've been working on!! I have made birthday cards for the staff at our elementary school for the past few years. I just made up a new batch, and had just gotten my Mama Elephant Tiny Heros!! I made a large bundle of these three different cards. Inside the cards it has a birthday wish...but I LOVE these little people!!

I was brave and tired my hand at partial die cutting! It went well, I still need to practice, but I love the look of the little people in the circle!!
I used distress inks to ink the yellow backgrounds and then I also used the Simon Say Stamp Holiday Shapes die--that has graduating hearts and stars. Seriously, people, I LOVE these super heros!!
I chose a little different layout for a few men on the staff...and used the my new Femme Frames and Embellished Tag, also from Mama Elephant!

Hope you enjoy the heros...I will be back tomorrow with the new Retro Sketch and more TAWS!! I am linking up today to the Simon Says Stamps "All things BRIGHT and Beautiful" challenge!!

Have a great one!!
