Pizza Party!

Good morning friends! I hope you are doing well! We are squeezing the last few drops of summer out of our days, with school starting Tuesday! I hope to be back to normal posting next week, thanks for being patient with me and sticking around!;)

Today is a GRS reveal day! The new Diners Set Spice Up Your Day, is being revealed today! Head over to the GRS Blog and store to see all the fun! It's a fun old school pizza and such images, so FUN!! I made this little invite, I'm going to use it on one of our upcoming Friday Nights with my kids. We love to make pizza together and I was thinking this would be a fun little thing to leave in their lunch box or on the table with their after school snack? Inviting them to a pizza making party..fun, fun, fun!!

I used the Weekly Recipe for this week, #46 for the layout of my card, it's a good one Deb!

Hey friends!! Oh my, happy summer!! It is finally summer in Seattle! We laugh that summer doesn't start until after the 4th of July, and my friends, that was true to the moment this year! We've had wonderful weather since the 4th, and my kids are SO enjoying the days spent playing outside with that big yellow ball in the sky! 

We've had our share of cool treats...and this fun ice cream image was calling me...looks perfect! We have a bundle of birthdays this month, so I've got a few more to get made! Don't you think this is a good little girl birthday card!?

The wonderful ice cream image is from the GRS Old Fashioned Fun Diner's set, and the sentiment is from the Banner Birthday set...two great sets!

Bloom and Grow...

Good morning friends! Feels good to be sharing today! I've got a sick baby...and wasn't sure I'd be able to get to anything to share! I'm glad that I found a few moments, and can't wait for a few more! I'm having a bundle of fun with the new Gourmet Rubber Stamps Diner's Set...Bloom and Grow!

This set is packed full of all sorts of delightful fun! I have to say how much I love the Ball canning jar...isn't it awesome!? And can I say how much I love this little bundle of flowers!?

There are also some great circus images...oh my funsie!! I know I'll be using these little guys a bundle! My happy birthday sentiment is from the Party Animals set.

Swingin' Birthday!!

Good morning!! How in the world today is May 1st, I declare I do not know! I have been a couple of days short apparently!! I am happy to have May here...some exciting events for me and they've felt like forever away!! That is fun, but wow, May seems so 'almost end of school year-ish!" Although we don't end until almost the end of June:)...but it still feels so exciting!

With thoughts of warmer weather--this fun little image from the new GRS Diner's Club, Swingin' Spring has me wishing for a sunny day!!  The set will be released today, so run over to the store...you'll love this set!! Isn't this little girl so fun!? I had to give her a really high push...because that is the only way to swing. (So says my kids!)

I used some delicious MME paper, to create the background--just diagonal strips. The added a doily and tag from PTI. My sweet little butterflies are MS.

Hello...

Hello friends!! How are you doing!? I was a bit short in my posts last week...I didn't tell you that I was out of town. I was enjoying a wonderful relaxing vacation with my sweet husband! He took me to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! It was wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! We had sunshine and blue sky--something we've been missing in the Seattle area!! 

Thanks for being patient with me being a bit slow getting back into my groove! I've scaled the mountains of laundry, cleaned the house, stocked the fridge again, and boy, it feels good!  I'm excited to be back and I'm super excited to share today! Gourmet Rubber Stamps has a new Diner's Club set that we get to share today..and it's so fun!! The set is called Swingin' Spring!

I have to tell you how much I love this little fence and bird! Isn't that a fun image!? I thought about coloring in the fence...but then I had some scraps of paper on my desk. I had to paper pierce this little fence...just had to! I love the little bird image...it's so fun! Be sure to check the other designer's blogs today!!  I found some paper that my fun friend Tiffany sent me in the mail--and it inspired my mood! Can you tell!? Isn't that paper a bit romantic...lends it's self to sophistication, pearls and lace, right!? I pulled out that wonderful sentiment...and then was on the search for the perfect image..and that beautiful tea pot did it for me! I love that image!! It is from the Garden Tea Time Diner's Club set...and I love it!!

A little birdie told me...

Good morning friends! Happy Monday to you!! I hope that your weekend was wonderful and rejuvenating! We had snow on two different days, sun, rain, slush...it's been a crazy weather weekend! But, I got a lot accomplished, don't you love those types of weekends!? 

I wanted to share a sweet little birthday card I made, with my new Prescription for Spring Diner's club stamps! I think the little chick and bunny are such cute images!! I thought I'd pair this little chick up with a fun saying from on of my ALL time favorite stamp sets, Party Animals!

I think she is SO flippin' cute! I thought she would be a perfect little image to use with some yummy October Afternoon paper...a little "vintage" right!? Super fun!!

Anyway, this little beauty is going to pop into the mail soon...and she is so excited!;)

Happy Easter!

Good morning friends! Happy Saturday to you all! It's been a while since I've posted on a weekend...but today is an exciting day! Today the GRS girls are revealing samples done with the new Diner's Club stamp set...and it's a fun one!

I'm sharing  a sweet little pack of bunnies..with a delicious and dainty pattern...it's a perfect spring-time image! I also love the Happy Easter sentiment...it's perfect! I paired them up with some bright spring colors and it did wonders for my rainy day!! I've got all sorts of bright colors and patterns around my house right now...and I can't tell you how happy they make me! It's still raining pretty good, so here is a little happy for my overcast skies!

I did a little bit of masking with my sweet bunnies, I've been converted...Ellen has sold me on using Eclipse tape for my masking! I LOVE the product...and am thankful to have found it! It beats post-it notes in my book--stays tacky longer!

Merry Christmas!

Good afternoon!! I'm a bit later in posting today--and I'm posting "live"! My baby has been sick and as most of you know when your 11 month old baby is sick, everything else has to wait!! I'm glad to be getting this posted before too long!!


Today is a preview day of the new Diners Club stamps from Gourmet Rubber Stamps! You can take a peek at the whole set, Seasons Greetings, over on the GRS blog! I am really to get going on some fun Christmas projects...I LOVE this season!! I've got lists of Christmas gift ideas, projects I want to make around the house...and I'm trying my best to hold off on the Christmas music...but I'm not sure how long I'll be able to last!!


I love this little ornament image! I colored it in with copics then paper pieced the inside circle with some yummy green polka dot paper. My fun festive paper is from my new Holly Jolly Christmas pad from Echo Park! I LOVE new paper! I grabbed a couple new Christmas stacks from Ellen's store last week! (I LOVE that she is close enough that I can choose local pick up and go see her!! I LOVE her!!)


I'm also excited about participating in a new card drive! The kids in my after school card class really look forward to who we will be sending cards to! This session we'll be joining Jennifer McGuire again and contributing to Cards that Care. We'll be making Christmas cards to send to some elderly folks in nursing homes! How fun is that!? Thanks so much Jennifer for giving us a way to spread holiday cheer!!
