Happy Birdie!

I think I've posted that I'm working on an upcoming Christmas Market...? Well, I made some cute pillow boxes out of this fun happy b.day paper(I think it was from a stack of some sort--purchased forever ago!) and thought I'd make some fun matching cards with my "leftovers."
The card base is Kiwi Kiss, a little strip of So Saffron across the card the card.base. I had this strip of the happy birthday paper that fit just perfect on my card! I mounted the b.day paper on a layer of regal rose(love that pink!) and tied a regal rose ribbon around the belly. The little birdie is from the LAD Party Animals set..love this little gal!! I stamped her in black pallete ink, then colored her with regal rose and saffron markers. I glitified her (of course) with dazzling diamonds. I used a 1 3/4" circle punch (ek) to punch the birdie's circle and the blue scalloped circle punch from marvy uchida for the regal rose scallop. I finished the card off by attaching the little birdie to the card with dimensionals.
I'll get the post of the birthday pillow boxes soon....LOVE the Big Shot for things like that!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a super duper one!!
