Ghostly Greetings...

Good morning friends! I hope you are ready for Friday...I sure am! We have early release on all but 5 Fridays this school year...yes, we only have 5 full Fridays! Today is an early release day...which means all sorts of fun! My husband is taking a couple of our peeps to the Mariners Baseball game tonight...so we are in for a great day!!

I am hosting the sketch challenge over on the GRS blog today! I'd love to have you join along...come on, it's always a bunch of fun! I used the new appetizer set, Ghostly Greetings...you all know how I love it, right!? Well, I sure do! I also used, yes, the Chevron Coverall!
I also used some new ink I just got from Tsukineko! I got a new versamarker--oh, I love that! I colored my spider in with the marker and then embossed it with clear embossing powder, also from Tsukineko. I stamped my Chevron on my card front with Orange Zest ink, and then rounded the corners. I used my new versamark and clear embossing powder for my spider webs on the black cardstock. Then I used black embossing powder on the green circle. It's been a while since I've used embossing powder...and I might be BACK! It is such a great effect!! I added a few little green bling bits, and a bit of twine...

I am excited that this card also fits the bill for the current Simon Says Stamp Challenge, Emboss it!

Thanks a bunch for stopping by today! I appreciate you! Take care and have a great weekend! More GRS, and masculine birthday cards to come!
