Kristin'a Color Challenge #37

I really loved the colors that Kristina chose for her color challenge last week...I had the card done Thursday, but then a busy weekend kept me from sharing! I love Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive...they are probably my most "go to" colors. I was really excited to use them all together!

I started with my sentiment. It is one of the new simply single stamps from LAD's new realease. It is a great "get well" sentiment and I don't have any of those in my collection! So, I stamped it in old olive ink and then ran it through the Big Shot with my rectangle nestabilities(i love them!). I layered it on a piece of chocolate chip that had been through the Big Shot with a scalloped nestabilities--embossed too. Then I ran my baja breeze piece of cardstock through the Big Shot with the swiss dots embossing folder...I love that folder! I simply love the dimension and "feel" that the polka dots give the paper...SO fun! So, I mounted that on a white card and then tied the Old Olive ribbon round. I used my Flower Fusion felt flowers from SU for a nice "feeling" accent. I used my a rhinestone brad for a flashy centerpiece!

I'm excited for someone to get sick...ha ha ha! Now that I have a great sentiment to wish them well, right!?

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you all have a wonderful day!!
