Thankful....

Good morning friends! Hope you are doing well! This week has been great...we've had some rare sunshine this week and it has improved every moment!!

I know I haven't updated you on my dad, and a couple of you have inquired, thanks so much! He was able to "talk the dr." into letting him go home this past Sunday night. He had spent a full week in ICU and was experiencing cabin fever! The clot they found in his heart was monitored very closely and he underwent a couple of procedures to ensure that the clot went down in size. We were a bit nervous-but felt comfort and peace in the decisions the drs made and are so thankful for their tender care! So, good news is, my sweet dad is home and doing well. He feels bit weak from being in bed for solid week, not being allowed to get up and move around much. He is doing blood drawing and giving himself injections through this week, and hopefully will be good to go with just a pill in the coming days. Thank you so much, all of you that thought of him and prayed for him, he felt upheld and uplifted and is humbled by the measure of faith that was exercised on his behalf!!

So, here is a little card, just for a special wonderful friend that thought of me this past week...
I used new pebbles paper--I don't know if can stop with these new pads...oh my heart!! I also used a new Simon Says Exclusive stamp set, that dear Kristina Werner designed. I'm excited to have her wonderful handwriting gracing the scene of my cards!! I also used Up, Up, and Away from PTI.

Hope you are doing well...I'll see you tomorrow for two posts, on in the am and then another at 6pm PST, when the new Cupcards To Go kit goes live...you will LOVE this kit! I can't stop using it!! Have a great one and thanks a bundle for stopping by!!
