Morning friends! I am excited to share my design team challenge with you today! The GRS team was challenged to either make a shaped card, or incorporate shapes on our card. So, I started thinking and thinking and thinking!
I am so proud of myself! I love my Silhouette, but am not that technical savvy and haven't learned how to manipulate/create much in the software. I got an idea to make a pennant card, and I wanted it to work just how I wanted it! I am happy to report that I did it! I took a pennant, duplicated it, edited the shape a bit, grouped it, etc, and I got it just the way my brain saw it! I am so excited!!
I used my chevron coverall...(love, love, love!), the little school house and then the sentiment is from the School Days set. I colored it up with my copics, added some delightful red twine...and there you have it! I am going to make another one or two of these for a little something to give my kids new teachers...love this fun school house!
Ok, be sure to head over the other DT rockstar blogs! You'll love all the great things they have to share! Thanks a bundle for stooping by, and make it great!!
