With Gratitude

Good morning! How in the world can we be approaching mid November!? I am loving this season of thanksgiving...we are having a great time writing down the things that we are thankful for. I love watching my little Ruby take her leaf and write down what she is thankful for--I'll have to take a photo of our Thankful Tree. We've been writing down what we are thankful for on paper leaves, and then tying them onto some branches in a vase on our table. Of course, her first thankful leaf was "treats." She loves candy, and her sweet things!

Anyway, today's card. We made this yesterday at our after school card class. The kids all got so excited about the leaf...I dusted off my paper crimper! That thing has been around for ages--it doesn't get to play much but when it does, it sure packs a punch!
The sentiment is from the Paper Smooches, Chit Chat set...and I love it! It was fun to listed to the little kids say, "what's a gratitude!?" Glad to be able to talk to them about what they are thankful for! There will be about 14 smiles on teacher/principal faces fun.

Thanks for stopping by friends! Make it great and take care!
