Hey There, Chickadee!

Good morning friends! I hope you're having a great week! I can't believe it's already Thursday again! For some reason, Thursdays sneak up on me...and then BAM the weekend is upon us all! We've got a lot of fun scheduled in the next few days, so here's to hoping everyone stays healthy!

I made this card to play along with the Mojo Monday Sketch 110. I thought I'd stay with the Rapberry Fizz and New Leaf...a delicious combination of colors, if you ask me! I have just loved this Everyday Button Bits stamp set, since it's release, and am happy to have it join my collection of fun!
I started my stamping my little birdies with New Leaf ink, onto PTI's white cardstock...yum. I used my oval nestabilites and a fun party with the Big Shot to cut the oval, and then a scalloped oval nestability and some Raspberry Fizz cardstock. I quickly added my sentiment, stamped with New Leaf ink and then moved onto the bodies for my birds! I used some Raspberry Fizz patterned paper and my 1" and 3/4" circle punches for the bodies of the birds. I attached the bodies with dimensionals and then added a little pink tulle as a fun detail to the tail feathers!

I started the card with a white card base. I used some New Leaf cardstock for my base layer, then a fun Raspberry Fizz layer next. I took some white cardstock through the scallop border punch to give some fun detail to the white strip. Another New Leaf layer can be found along side a few ruffles of New Leaf polka dot ribbon. After adding my birds to the card, I added a New Leaf vintage button as the finishing touch.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate so much your visit!! I'm off to make some fun treats to take to our neighbors this evening...we'll see if we can get a photo or two before the delivery! Make it a great one!!

Charming! Is the stamp set designed for a circle punch or was that just a perfect fit for the bird body. Love it! Hugs, M
