I love punches!

I just want to share how much I love punches! I know I've said it a bundle before, but I really do love punches! They are such fantasic tools and are so easy to use! There are numerous ways to use them...I really do love them! They make for super quick(or sometimes not so quick) and easy cards. I say cards, but they are totally just as wonderful in all papercrafting/scrapbooking. They aren't so much $ that you'll be eating cold cereal for every meal for a month...really I just love them! On this card, I used the 3/4", 1 1/4", and 1 3/4" punches from Stampin' Up! If you are thinking of purchasing punches and don't have any, I always recommend starting with a collection of circles. I seem to use them most, and feel like they coordinate with images more than other shapes...but the other shapes are also great to have!

The floral images on this card are from the LAD set, Blissful Blossoms and the "thanks" is from the Fun to be Floral set. I used this great paper from the MM Noteworthy line...I really love that paper too! I used Soft Sky, Pretty in Pink, Purely Pomegranate, Taken with Teal(Yippy..that is a hard color for me to use!), Chocolate chip, and Very Vanilla c/s. For my ink, I used Purely Pomegranate, Taken with Teal, and Chocolate Chip. The centers of three of the flowers have a pink brad(AC), red/pink dew drop(robins nest), and an acrylic page pebble(MM). The ribbon is the purely pomegrante double stiched ribbon from SU.

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you all have a fantastic Easter weekend! We're off to dye our eggs tonight...fun, fun, fun!

This is so cute. Love the colors. I love punches too because I'm a horrible cutter. Ruby is precious.
