It's beginning to look a lot like...

Christmas!! Yesterday morning we were awakened by the sounds of my 5 year old son happily informing us that it was snowing!! He was so happy that it was "Christmas" --which means that Grandpa and Grandma are coming!! I was sad to have to tell him we still have to wait a bit longer for it to be Christmas...he was so disgruntled! But, it was freezing cold and a very frosty day-but the snow didn't stick much...too wet. But it really got me in the mood!! I do have to confess that I've already started my holiday music...I LOVE it and just can't stand leaving all that awesome music for 25 days!! Anyway, my holiday projects are starting to pile up and I've got to really get in gear!! I love this time of year!!

This card was made following the pattern from an old papercrafts issue-sometime in 2005, I think. I'll try to find it again and edit this post. But I thought it looked like a fun thing to try! It's a 5" square and the inside of it has a red lining and then has "from our family to yours" stamped on the inside. Yes, this is a bit much to send to many folks, but I think once you have the pieces all ready, it wouldn't be that difficult to mass produce. Anyway, the stamps for this card are from the new LAD Holiday Cheer set. It has some great images...very fun to work with.

Supplies: Old Olive, Real Red, River Rock, and WW c/s(su), Real Red and Old Olive classic ink(su), Holiday Cheer Stamps (LAD), Red grosgrain ribbon(su), scallop circle punch (MU), circle punch (EK),and dimensionals(su).

I've got more to share...so come back soon!! Have a great one!! Thanks for stopping by!
