Marigold Morning!

Guess where I'm off to today...London. Tyler and I are going with out our kids...and I'm so excited! He has a meeting for work, so I get to tag along...and we get to have a few days to see London...I'm so excited!! Part of my excitement is that we are going to see Wicked tonight, and tomorrow we're going to see Mary Poppins! How fun is that!! Living in Europe is being a great experience...we've already been around on several little adventures. We went to Salzburg, Austria, on Saturday and saw the places that the Sound of Music was filmed...love that movie!! We had a wonderful time just hangingn out for the day, then when the kids were "done" with the walking and such, we just drove the almost 2 hours home...and it was so fun! It is really a wonderful experience being in Germany! Anyway...let's get to the paper and rubber....

I've really enjoyed this beautiful marigold color...and I'll miss it a lot! I decided to work with the "In Colors" that will be leaving the SU catalog...anyway...I also just recently got my new stash of Lizzie Anne Designs stamps! I've had a great few days playing with new rubber! If you haven't been to the Lizzie Anne Designs Site, they have a great variety of stamps...and then in the sketch book you can see samples made with their stamps by the design team! There is new stuff often, so take a peek!!:)

This happy birthday card used 4 different stamp sets-yet they all work so well together, you'd never know it was 4 different sets. I love the Happy Birthday, Funky Floral, Shapes and Stiches, and Sketched Sentiments stamps. I think this little flower that is the background flower and also on the B square, is my favorite little flower....it's in the funky floral set. Isn't it super cute! I also like the fun stamps that allow faux ribbon, stiching in the shapes and stiches set...I'm looking forward to many more time with these!

Stamps listed above, marigold morning, cool carribean, whisper white and real red c/s(su), same color classic inks(su), scallop scissors(pc), scallop square punch(marvy uchida).
