Good morning and happy Saturday!!
I hope you are doing well!! We're getting ready for a great few weeks with some of the people we love most and we can't wait!!
And here is my card!! I had the most wonderful time last weekend, taking a class from THE Julie Ebersole. I got to see Amy...who I always love chatting and stamping with!! It was a great time!! So, we made a card using a similar stamp to this--and then I simply just HAD to have this flower!! Can't even stand how much I love it!!! So, thank you Julie and Amy....my flower cards will never stop!!
I also got to use a new die that I picked up a few days ago at another local store--it is from Lawn Fawn. I cut the die down, it really says happy birthday to you, but I just needed the first two words!;)
I inked up my stamp with Avery Elle ink...and stamping this literally made my heart sing. I pulled out some vellum for that layer on the sketch--I didn't want to cover that beautiful image!! A used my last remaining black and white twine strip and there you have it!! Oh, it is hard to see, but if you hold the card just right, you can see that the middle has some glisten and shine--iridescent glitter just added with a bit of a glue pen and some loose glitter!!
I hope you are doing well!! Can't wait to see your creations in the gallery!! Come join us!!
