Thinking Of You

Hey all! Happy Wednesday! How time flies when you're having fun! Huh? We had the most glorious sunshine day yesterday...my two littles and I spent a large part of the day in the sunshine at the park, and oh, it was so wonderful!! It is just amazing how that glorious yellow ball in the sky makes everyone feel better about everything!

 

So, today I have a little bit of homework for my CAS 3 online card class! I always love taking the online card classes....they are always packed with goodness! So, this card, is flat, just one panel, but and the speech bubble is a "faux effect" It is in laid in the card, so it is a totally flat panel...I think I love it!! I made this card for a good friend whose son passed away last week...my heart is hurting for her and I want to send a little cheery something her way!

I used some AC paper...which I LOVE!!! My speech bubble, sentiment, and little hearts are all from Simon Says Stamp. I used some aqua ZING embossing powder for the sentiment...love that stuff!! The hearts all have a bit of glossy accents on them...so pretty IRL!

 

Oh, I also used the current Retro Sketch for my layout...can't go wrong with a sketch either!
