Hello friends! I hope your weekend was great!! I had a bit of an eventful weekend! It started on Friday afternoon...I was SO excited for Friday afternoon, I have new goodies to play with, inks, tools, etc. and I'm taking the Stenciled Class from Online Classes...and well, I caught my right index finger in the car door! It bled and bled and throbbed and throbbed!! So, my excitement and joy was squashed! I am finally able to use my finger a little...but it's still super painful. Have you ever done that? Oh, it made me SO mad!!
So, I'm getting to some homework from class...I used a Heidi Swapp hexagon stencil and some Spiced Marmalade and Wild Honey Distress Inks. I also used a bit of copper embossing powder with my Hello Sunshine stamp from PTI.
I am taking a couple of friends a little pot of yellow daffodils...to bring a little bit of sunshine! I wanted the tag to be like a card, so I left a little bit of the tag die over the fold of the paper, so it has a top fold and I wrote a little happy note on the inside of the tag! I used a few copper and gold sequins for some bling...and there you have it!
I hope you have a great one friends!! See you tomorrow for some more fun homework from Stenciled!! It has been a really fun class and as much as I think I know about how to use stencils, I have LOVED the tips and information from class!!
