Easter Blessings

Good morning friends! I hope you are all doing well! We had a great weekend, and even got to sleep in yesterday morning so 'springing ahead' wasn't as hard as usual...yea!! We enjoyed beautiful weather for the most part and had a good time together!

I don't know why I feel like I can't keep track of the can today be March 15th already?! It's really like the 5th or 6th in my head...not quite sure why! Being the 15th, that means that the LAD April Monthly Mix will be previewed today...I just got mine and will have some samples to share tomorrow!! It is super fun!!

Today I wanted to share a couple more samples using the March Singles. The image for today is a great sentiment..."Easter Blessings". I really like this sentiment, the font, style, it was fun to play with it!!
This first card was super quick and easy. I used some Shabby Green Door paper, from the 'on the wings of a dream' collection and a vanilla card base. I stamped my Easter Blessings sentiment, with chocolate chip ink, added a bit of vanilla grosgrain ribbon and a spot of tulle...and there it is!

I love this paper by SGD, it is so pretty! I just realized that this paper inspried my shopping on spring decor for my house...I'm hoping to get it going today...SO excited!!
This second card was inspired by this great new paper...from Making Memories. I just love the colors..just yummy! I used a Lemon Tart card, and added a white eyelet border on the left side. I just cut my card a bit short of 5 1/2, then added that eyelet border-it's from a MS punch-to the back of the card, it's kind of fun! I used some pretty MM papers, Lemon Tart ribbon, New Leaf Button, and twine. I stamped my sentiment with chocolate chip ink, then used my nesties to cut it out and make a lemon tart scallop oval to layer it onto. I used some yellow pearls in the center of my flowers, they are kaisercraft.
Hope you all have a great day! See you tomorrow for some fun with my new LAD stamps!!

Both of your cards are fabulous, but the colors in the first one are my favs. I'm glad you got to sleep in. My kids are sleeping later now too, which is nice given their bodies haven't adjusted to the time change yet. Hopefully it will last a few weeks at least.

These 2 cards are absolutely stunning, the first one is very subtle and elegant with your neutral tones and I love the pp you used on the 2nd one, really cheerful accent to the sentiment
