Merry Christmas!

Good morning friends! I hope you're having a great Wednesday! I'm really enjoying getting a little head start on my holiday card stash. I do love to send Christmas cards and moving like we have, my list of people I love keeps growing bigger and bigger! I feel like if it is the one time of year I connect with some of them, I do want them to know we're thinking of them...so I have a lot of cards to get finished! I also love having a variety of cards to send...just mix things up a bit!

Today's card shows some great stamps from Justrite. This week is my first time playing with this type of stamp and I have had a great time! I think I'm going to enter this into one of the Moxie Fab holiday card contests as well!!
I started the card with Beate's Weekend Sketch #95. I thought the sketch was perfect for these round stamps! I used some old pp that I've had for probably 5 years--at least! I don't even know who made it! But I LOVE it! I started with the back panel, mounted on Real Red cardstock and attached to my Whsiper White card. Next came the light green stripe, which is the back of the green polka dot paper.

I used some Real Red 5/8" grosgrain ribbon to tie around the belly. I used my hobby blade to cut a track for my ribbon into the spine of my card. My Circle Scissor cutter went to work to make the large green polka dot circle. Have I told you lately that I love that cutter? I do!! I mounted the circle onto my card with dimensionals.

My image was stamped in Real Red ink, and the stamp is from the new A Merry Little Christmas stamp set from JustRite stamps. I used my EK 1 3/4" circle punch to punch my sentiment out of my Whisper White cardstock, and then my nestabilities went to work on making me a perfect scalloped home for my sentiment!

I love making Holiday cards...now I'm TOTALLY read for fall...come on sweater/cocoa/jeans and jacket weather! Don't forget to drop a comment on the post from yesterday to win some fun blog candy...it's a bit overdue to some great buddies of mine!

Have a great one...thanks so much for stopping by!!
