Love the Allens

Happy Labor Day friends! I've enjoyed a nice lazy--even get to sleep in a little--morning! Yea for no hurries or schedules on a day off! Yes, we'll have a bit of "labor" inside today, but it feels good to just have a lazy day!

It's time to let you know who won the blog candy that ended Friday. I appreciate you all sharing wiht me...those of you that are first time commenters, I'd love to see you around! I appreciate your sharing with me!! The winner of the blog candy was #7, Penny. So, Penny, if you'd email me with your information I'll get your treats right out! And again, thanks for your sweet comments!
Today I've got another JustRite Christmas card. I think these stamps are super fun! I love that you can do so much personalization by using the alphabet stamps! I think we'll make a bundle of these cards to add to the stack!

My card is a vanilla cardbase. My patterened paper is a piece-the Olive and the Christmas tree-from Senic Route. I used some 5/8" grosgrain chocolate ribbon and my stapler. My stamps were from JustRite and I stamped the with chocolate ink. I used my circle nestabilities to cut the circles and scallop...from olive and soft sky cardstock. My button is a nice shiney red and tied with some gingham ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by today! I think Fall is here...we're all bundling up today...yea for fall!! I'm excited to have some time to play today! See you soon!! Penny, please let me know your infomation! Make it a great one!

Very pretty card. I love how you did the ribbon with the staples. I just got the Tim Holtz tiny attacher and I am going to have to try this technique!

OMG, I must be losing it or something. I saw your post and saw your card and couldn't figure out why you titled it "Love the Aliens" when there weren't any on your Christmas card. When I finally read it right I couldn't stop laughing at myself.

Your card is so pretty. I love the way you put together your sentiment tag. It's a fabulous Christmas card.
