I'm really loving this great Christmas sentiment in the 'All the Best' stamp set from Stampin' Up! It is a hostess set, and I love it! I think that this might be the sentiment on most of my holiday cards this year! I thought I'd whip up a few quickies using the sketch from Beate's Blog last week. It is a great sketch, and this card and a few others similar came really fast!
The card is a baja breeze blue...can you know how much I LOVE this color!? I love it with Chocoalte Chip...and this patterned paper from chatter box(i think) is perfect! I used the snowflake from seaonal icons(another hostess set) for the background flakes, and the center stage ones. I just stamped it in baja breeze ink for the background, then again with chocoalte chip ink for the center flakes. I started with a long rectangle of Chocoalte Chip paper, scalloped the ends with the scallop edge punch. The I added a couple of strips of the patterned paper and a strip of baja breeze cardstock. I stamped the snowflakes first, then glitifed them and added them to chocoalate chip strip. I tied the ribbon round the belly, and attached it all to the card. The sentiment was stamped in Chocoalte chip in, punched out with the large oval punch, and then layerd on a key tag punch-in chocoalte chip. I attached the sentiment with dimensionals.
I've added several of these, all slightly different-different ribbon, etc.-to my holiday card stash and am glad to see that pile growing!:)
I'm working this week on more things for my upcoming Christmas Market, and I'd love to know what you think about my projects!:) Thanks so much for stopping by! Make it a great one!!
